Ray & Judy Kimball started the Outrageous Thrift Store in 2013 in the Historic District of Hartford Vermont.  In 2018 we moved our store to Quechee.  Going from 800 sq ft to 2600 sq ft and only 3 buildings up from the Quechee Gorge!
